Affiliate Terms & Conditions
By signing up as an affiliate with Think New Concepts, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to understand your rights, obligations, and responsibilities as an affiliate.
1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program
- To participate, you must complete and submit an affiliate application, which is subject to approval by Think New Concepts.
- We reserve the right to accept or reject any application for any reason at our sole discretion.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
- Affiliates may promote our products and services through approved methods, including websites, social media, and email marketing, as long as such methods comply with these terms.

Affiliates must:
- Ensure that all promotional materials are accurate and truthful.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines, including but not limited to GDPR, CAN-SPAM Act, and FTC guidelines.
- Not engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices.

Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Using paid ads with Think New Concepts brand name or directly competing with our advertising efforts.
- Using misleading or unauthorized promotional materials.
3. Affiliate Commissions
- Release 100% of the total earned commission 30 days after the transaction calendar date
- Commissions will be paid as a percentage of sales made through your unique affiliate link or code.
- The commission rate is 50% unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Commissions are paid on net sales (excluding refunds, chargebacks, and taxes).

Payment Schedule:
- Payments will be made via PayPal.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Think New Concepts is not responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect information.
4. Refunds and Chargebacks: Commissions will not be paid on sales that result in refunds or chargebacks. Any commissions paid on such transactions will be deducted from future payments.
5. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

Think New Concepts reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account without notice if:
- The affiliate violates these terms.
- The affiliate engages in activities that damage our reputation or violate laws.
- Upon termination, all affiliate links must be removed, and any pending commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Think New Concepts trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for affiliate purposes.
- Affiliates may not modify or create derivative works of our intellectual property without written permission.
7. Confidentiality: Affiliates must treat all non-public information about Think New Concepts, its products, and customers as confidential and not disclose it to third parties without prior consent.
8. Indemnification: Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Think New Concepts, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation in the affiliate program or breach of these terms.
9. Limitation of Liability: Think New Concepts will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this agreement, including but not limited to lost profits or interruptions in service.
10. Modification of Terms: Think New Concepts reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Florida.
12. Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the affiliate program and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
By signing up for or continuing to participate in the affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
